Rotary Club Student Reservation Form 2025

This form is for Rotary Clubs to reserve student attendance to the upcoming RYLA Conference.

The RYLA Conference 2025 is held on Sunday, June 22nd to Thursday, June 26th, 2025 at Stockton University.

Timeline

Monday, February 10th to Monday, March 10th - To Submit the Rotary Club Online Reservation Form

IMPORTANT: Clubs should register 1 Alternate student for every 4 Students, so a replacement is ready if needed.

$450 per Student

  • The deadline for submission of this form is Monday, March 10, 2025 by 5:00PM.

    Deadlines will be strictly adhered to. No exceptions.
  • What Rotary club to you belong to?
  • For the RYLA Chair, Club President, Youth Service Director, or Rotarian assigned to RYLA from your Rotary Club.
  • What is youy position in the Club?
  • This email will be used to communicate with you in case we have any questions
  • If necessary, this number will be used in case of emergency for your student(s) attending the conference!
  • For INITIAL or ADDITIONAL student attendees to the RYLA Conference. Numbers from 1 to 999.

  • The deadline for receiving your check is March 10, 2025.
