Rotary Club Student Reservation Form 2024

This form is for Rotary Clubs to reserve student attendance to the upcoming RYLA Conference.

The RYLA Conference 2024 is held on Sunday, June 23rd to Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Stockton University.

Timeline

Monday, January 15th to Thursday, February 29th - To Submit the Rotary Club Online Reservation Form

IMPORTANT: Clubs should register 1 Alternate student for every 4 Students, so a replacement is ready if needed.

Monday, March 11th - Deadline for Club Payment Checks ONLY - No Cash or Credit Cards.



  • The deadline for submission of this form is Thursday, February 29, 2024 by 5:00PM.

    Deadlines will be strictly adhered to. No exceptions.
  • What Rotary club to you belong to?
  • For the RYLA Chair, Club President, Youth Service Director, or Rotarian assigned to RYLA from your Rotary Club.
  • What is youy position in the Club?
  • This email will be used to communicate with you in case we have any questions
  • If necessary, this number will be used in case of emergency for your student(s) attending the conference!
