What is RYLA?

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership development program run by Rotary Clubs. Our District focuses on high school juniors entering their senior year in September from 6 Southern New Jersey Counties (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem).

RYLA South Conference includes a variety of topics. It is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections with 160+ other students your age.

What’s involved?

  • RYLA events are organized locally by Rotary clubs and districts for participants who are juniors entering their senior year in high school in September. RYLA is a retreat, that lasts for 5-day, 4-night at Stockton University and include presentations, activities, and workshops covering a variety of topics.
